さかなの白あえ

日向市細島地区の代表的な郷土料理のひとつに「さかなの白あえ」があります。これは拍子木切りにしたマグロや鰹の切り身に醤油やみりんで下味を付けたものを豆腐に練りこんだお料理で、野菜の白あえとはひと味違い酒のつまみにもよく合います。
